Jayanthi (Vanisree), a independent, smart and intelligent girl joins as a secretary in Vanita Vihar (an organization for woman). Chandra Shekaram (Akkineni Nageswara Rao), a young rich industrialist loves her. After some days Jayanthi leaves the job and joins as a secretary of Chandra Shekaram as there arises some difficulties in the previous job. Jayanthi too falls in love with him and they come to know that they are cousins. But the real problem arrives when Karunakaram (one of the business partner of Chandra Shekaram) warns Jayanthi to go away from Chandra Shekaram’s life as he wants to get his daughter married to Chandra Shekaram. Jayanthi agrees to do whatever he says and decides to marry another guy. Will Jayanthi move out of Chandra Shekaram life?
